Sterling Silver Teardrop Ring

After you place your order for breastmilk or ashes jewelry, we will mail you a collection kit for the materials in about 3-5 days. The collection kit will have instructions and a prepaid shipping label to easily send your materials back to us. We need about a teaspoon in a small ziplock baggie for ashes, and about 5 ml of breastmilk. Our turn around time starts once we receive your materials not when you placed your order. When we do receive your materials we will send you an email. 

 

We do not send a container to our international orders because we are unable to make return labels. 

 

**For anything considered to be “OTHER”  we do not send containers. “Other” may include: Flowers, Hair, Fabric, Sand, Soil, Pregnancy Test cap, Umbilical cord or Placenta. You can send a little bit of your materials in a ziplock bag in an envelope or a bubble mailer to the shipping address in your confirmation email. For flowers, make sure they are fully dry before sending and you can send 1 petal of each color. 

 

**IF you are sending something considered “Other” that is not listed above please send us an email to make sure it is something we can include first. 

 

The breast milk kit will have a small container in a little ziplock bag with your name and order number on it. The container holds 5ML of breastmilk. The ziplock bag is to catch any potential leaks. It will also have a dropper to help you put the milk in the container. You can send dethawed frozen milk, no matter how old it is. Make sure the lid is twisted on tightly and the ziplock bag is sealed and then wrapped safely with tissue paper.

 

For ashes there will be a small tin container with a little ziplock bag inside and your name and order number on the top. Fill the bag to about halfway full or less, then put it back in the tin container. 

 

MY TURN AROUND TIME IS 4-6  MONTHS AFTER I RECEIVE YOUR MATERIALS. 

 

These pieces are made with gold-filled, rose gold-filled, 14k solid gold or sterling silver metal. The metal is durable and tarnish resistant, but will tarnish if not cared for or cleaned properly. Clean the metal every once in a while with the tarnish removing pad or a paper towel with gentle dish soap. Just try to avoid getting water onto the resin stone. 

 

 The resin stone is more fragile. You should avoid excessive amounts of water, too much direct sunlight, and any chemicals such as lotions and perfumes coming in contact with the stone, as this can discolor the stone or make it look cloudy. You also will want to avoid any rough wear that would get it scratched or dented. I do my best to select materials that are high in quality and create durable pieces because I want this to be a piece that lasts you a lifetime. I use a high quality resin with UV stabilizers which has been proven to prevent yellowing. In order for it to last a lifetime it will need to be cared for intentionally.

 

**This ring can not be resized. If you are worried about not knowing your ring size add our ring sizer tool to your order to double check it. If you ordered the incorrect size, you can reorder a new piece for 60% off what you originally paid**

 

Any stacking rings in the product pictures are sold separately in the stacking ring category, it only comes with the keepsake ring pictured. 

 

I keep the extra breast milk powder for future orders or repairs. 

 

Any leftover ashes will be sent back with your finished order. 

 

**I recommend you do not send the very last of your keepsake in the rare occurrence that your package could be lost in the mail** This is very rare but can happen.

 

Each ring will be as different and unique as the materials they hold. No two rings will look exactly the same as this is a completely handmade product.

 

You have 2 weeks from the time you place your order to ask for a refund. I do not take returns or refunds after that point. 

 

If your ring is lost or damaged I will replace it with a 60% off discount. I offer simple repairs for just the cost of shipping it back to me. 

 

Be sure to add all customization or design details in the text box. I can not guarantee I will remember changes to design requests after your order is placed. 

 

I also do not rush or expedite orders for special events such as weddings, or any other gifts. I take a lot of pride in my process and the time and care I put into each piece of jewelry and when the process is rushed mistakes can happen. Each piece is special and everyone wants theirs as soon as possible. 

 

IF you need to change your address in the 4-6 months after you place your order please email us with the new address as soon as possible.
