You can find your order number on your confirmation email. Find your number here on the order status page to check where your order is in the process. The date beside your number is an estimated shipping date. This date is not a deadline or a guarantee, just a rough estimate. Turn around time varies depending on the time of year and the amount of orders that have come in. Currently it is approximately 4-5 months after we've received your materials. If it is more than two keepsake pieces in one order it could take an extra week or two. Solid Gold pieces will take closer to 6 months.
